STANDARD projects, very familiar - repeats

These are architectural or interiors projects that, regardless of square footage, have some of these characteristics: 

  • • Mostly standard FINISHES and CONSTRUCTION ASSEMBLIES;  
  • • Typical CONTRACTS and comfortable SCHEDULES;
  • • Standard DELIVERABLES;
  • • PROJECT TEAMS that we are familiar with.

COMPLEX, but attractive

Architectural or interiors projects that, regardless of square footage, have some of these characteristics:

  • • Non-standard FINISHES and CONSTRUCTION ASSEMBLIES;
  • • Un-typical CONTRACTS and demanding SCHEDULES;  
  • • Complicated PROGRAMS;
  • • Special DELIVERABLES;
  • • Special REQUIREMENTS (public agencies, new project type, etc.);
  • • PROJECT TEAMS we are unfamiliar with.
